Heart Drops of Dharmakaya - Kunzang Nyingtik, composed by Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen is a complete dzogchen manual according to the Yungdrung Bön tradition. It is a powerful and practical instructional text, which cuts to the heart of the dzogchen practice including preliminary practices, the practice of trekchö, thögal, bardo, and phowa.  Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen was a great Tibetan scholar and dzogchen master  who achieved the rainbow body in 1934. Shardza Rinpoche was one of the most influential Bön teachers of his time, who gave teachings also to students from other schools of Tibetan buddhism. His works are highly appreciated and used as textbooks in many Tibetan monasteries.

During this course Khenchen Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche will conclude the Chapter on Trekchö and continue then to teach the essential dzogchen instructions on Thögal practice. Ven. Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche has been the abbot of Triten Norbutse Monastery since 2001. He has been teaching widely in Europe, South-America and the USA. His teaching style is renowned for its great clarity and depth.
